M.A.M. B-School, in collaboration with its Career Development and Placement Cell, organized a session on “Win Before You Begin: Sharpen Your Pre-Interview Skills” on March 12, 2025, at 12:30 PM. The program aimed to equip students with the confidence and preparation needed to excel in interviews and the corporate world.
Dr. Nivea Arunan, CEO of Dr. Nivea’s Highly Advanced Dental Network, highlighted the significance of a positive mind-set, confidence, consistency, effective communication, storytelling, and personal grooming in interview success. She shared real-life examples, encouraging students to practice regularly and maintain focus.
The interactive session included student queries, which Dr. Nivea addressed with clarity. The event, well-organized by the Career Development and Placement Cell, proved highly beneficial in preparing students for professional success.
