Dr. M. Hemalatha, Director and Professor of M.A.M B-School, Trichy hold Doctorate program from the Country’s finest Prestigious Institute, NIT, Trichy in the field of Retailing and Data Analytics and have contributed her work in 23 International Journals in Marketing and Finance and presented in 18 National Conferences and 15 International Conferences and have contributed 2 Book Chapters on Data Mining and Business Intelligence. Has also authored 2 books in Management stream, Won the Young Scientist Award for the year 2017 funded by TNSTSC and worked on joined research with IIM-B in the area of Multiple Intelligence.

Believes in work-ethic and naturally a hard-worker.Able to build a caring relationship with the students and sculpting them as budding entrepreneurs. Dr. R. Jeevarekha is an Associate Professor at the M.A.M.B-School in Trichy, India. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from Kalinga University Raipur and has over 11 years of teaching experience across various educational institutions. Her expertise lies in the fields of Human Resource Management and Marketing, and her passion for these subjects is reflected in her teaching style. Throughout her career, Dr. R. Jeevarekha has been actively engaged in academic research and has presented numerous papers at National and International Conferences, Seminars, and Faculty Development Programs. She has also published several research papers in reputed journals, further demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence.

In the classroom, Dr. R.Jeevarekha is known for her dynamic teaching style and herability to connect with her students. Her passion for the subjects she teaches is contagious, and she is dedicated to helping her students achieve their full potential. Dr.R.PREMA Associate Professor in M.A.M.B-School, Trichy. She holds the Doctorate of Philosophy from Bharathiyar University Coimbatore. She is a dedicated and committed professional with nearly 13 years of Academic and Industrial experience worked in various prestigious institutions have specialized in the area of finance and HR her academics. She has actively presented papers in various National and International Conferences, Seminars and FDP, published papers in reputed Journals. She is smart and hardwork professional educator with solid commitment to the academic growth and development of every student in the class, and also efficiently guides their project.

Dr.R.Suganya, a dynamic educationalist versatile professional contributing herely as a Associate Professor in M.A.M B School, with nearly 20 years of expertised in teaching field with proven it. She holds the Doctorate of Philosophy from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. She worked in various prestigious institutions throughout teaching career, taking on increasingly more significant supervisorial roles where educational excellence is the focal point. With intensive and in depth knowledge in the area of mathematics, she has substantially contributed for presenting research papers in conferences and published research articles in National, International and Scopus Journal. Well rounded with exceptional cognizance, she has actively participated in more than 15 FDPs, 50 webinars, conferences, workshops, Seminar etc. Apart from academic activities, she has performed extensive roles in Admission, NBA and POSH Club.

Mr.S.Senthilkumar has Thirteen years of experience in academics and accomplished one year of Industrial experience. Successful professional Placement organizer, Event organizer who can work with corporate and industrial professionals for the well-being of Students. Managed multiple key positions consistently and competently. Proven ability to access and manage complex obstacles in a demanding environment. Hardworking individual and as continuous learner who participated in more than 40 Conference, FDP, Workshop, Seminar etc. And also published eight articles in international journals and published 02 books in the stream of management. Has published 02 patents. Broad expertise individual with proven ability to develop student’s knowledge and results in Finance and Marketing.

Prasanna is an Assistant Professor at M.A.M.B-School and has 11.8 years of experience in teaching. He completed B.Com, MBA., M.Phil., (Management), M.Com., PGDLL & AL and pursuing Ph.D. (Management), and secured Gold Medal in MBA. His areas of interest include Human Resource, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Has dedicated, goal-oriented person towards the profession. Has passion towards honing the innate potentialities of students. Has actively participated and presented papers in various National and International Conferences, Seminars and published papers in reputed journals both national and international arena. Invited as resource person and delivered various sessions in the management domain. Has strong inquisitive pertinent to abreast the business environment. Being majored from SASTRA university, with Finance and HR specialization. Have a Couple of years’Experience in teaching and few years in thecorporate field as an HR in Aditya group of companies. Ms. C.Subha is an Assistant Professor of MBA and has been at MAM B-School, having Eight years of teaching experience over diversified educational institutions. Her areas of interest include Human Resource and Finance. She has proven abilities in team management & leadership and has consistent focus on academic achievement. Mrs.N.Kayalvizhi has completed her MBA (Human Resource and Marketing) from Anna University. She is multi-tasking and creative thinking person with problem solving skills. She is a good team player and always accepts the challenging work, expertise in staff recruitment and admin activities. As a mentor she helps many young minds to achieve their goals, as well as guiding them in their projects. Always she comes up with a new and innovative ideas. Mrs.L.Noorul Ayisha is an Assistant Professor at M.A.M B-School. Coming along with the area of organization Behaviour, Human Resource Management. She holds an MBA specialization in finance and HR. Her areas of interest are Human Resource Management and also Finance. Expertise in guiding PG students through their project work. Motivating students to come up with innovative ideas for their projects. Apart from curriculum, made several awareness sessions towards to the students community and Career development sessions to various colleges to enlighten and upgrade the students to the industrial area. Able to build a caring relationship with the students and making them as an entrepreneurs. She is a Self motivated person with excellent learning and teaching ability.

DEVIBALA is an Assistant professor in the area of Human Resource Management. She holds an MBA specialization in HR degree from Pondicherry University she did her Bachelor of engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna university. She was responsible for building and strengthening the organization’s people function by constructing a talent framework that is flexible to the needs to today’s dynamic business.

Interested in Management studies have a passion for teaching students in Human resource management. Human Resource Management is my strength and I’m still on the verge of making successful Entrepreneurs. Have guided and coached students in clearing various Government and Banking exams. She is also the coordinator of ELC (Electoral literacy Club) and NPTEL SWAYAM.

Sasikala is a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about her career in Teaching, Training, Programming, up skilling and Guiding. She has versatile experience over a decade. Have a great enthusiasm for placements. Worked various prestigious institutions and MNCs and have sound proficient knowledge in the area of Information Technology, Teaching, Training and Placements. Successfully trained thousands of young minds and placed them in various companies like L&T, Infosys, TCS, CTS, Wipro, City Union Bank, India Cements, MRF, Orchid Pharma, Global Pharma etc. Developing proficiency in training and enhancing the students’ abilities to ensure their successful professional journey. Majored in Finance and HR, have strong foundation in papers like Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, known for giving 100% semester results. An idea contributer, that helps in guiding students on projects and their successfull completion.

Spend time with students to know their grievances through a self build feedback mechanism and monitor it on regular basis and analyse them, so that the grievances turns nil.

F.Iris Rinaldi is an Assistant professor in the area of organisation behaviour, Human resource management. She holds an MBA Specialization in finance and HR degree from management studies, Anna University. She did her bachelor of computer science engineering from Anna university. She has skilfully handled the placements bridging multiple companies for campus drive. And also she actively coordinates the JUNIOR JAYCEE WING (JCI) Students club. Her areas of interest are strategic Human resource management, multilevel research in HRM & Social entrepreneurship. She gives counselling to the students and also unique ideas to involve the students in academic activities as a mentor. She is the person who believes “Learning by doing for successful life”.

S.Kiruthiga, an instrumental individual having the quest for differentiated teaching methods and proficient in giving conceptual learning intertwined with practical knowledge. She has demonstrated the ability to instruct on multiple arenas of business with its wide facets. She collectively holds five years of experience coupled with being a consultant and guided domestic and international aspirants for the academic and employment options to pertain the career development and being a lecturer, utilizing extensive knowledge to foster quality education. Her prime areas of interests are Human Resource Management with special emphasis on Organizational design and development, Business Analytics and Marketing. She has been closely associated with research, social and accommodated club initiatives. She has stimulated and encouraged students in preparing business proposals, events and career progression to lead and process effectively for breeding success.

Hands-on industrial experience in Human Resource Management especially in recruitment, staffing, sourcing, employee on boarding, employee engagement, employee retention, and grievance handling. Basically, an Engineer turned management graduate, specializing in HR and Marketing, pursued from SASTRA University, Tanjore. My desire towards teaching motivated me to channel into this profession. On the mission of creating employability also extended my part as a placement officer.
