Women Empowerment Cell

ABOUT THE CELL

The Women Empowerment Cell of M.A.M. B-School is established with the motto “Towards a Self-Empowered Mind.” The cell is dedicated to empowering girl students and women faculty by enhancing their awareness of issues related to women and ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive campus environment. It addresses matters concerning the welfare, rights, and equal opportunities of women faculty, staff, and students.

The Cell creates awareness about women’s rights and responsibilities, providing a platform for women to share their experiences, express concerns, and suggest improvements. Committed to the intellectual, emotional, and social development of female students, the Cell organizes guest lectures, seminars, awareness programs, and various welfare-oriented activities to foster confidence, equality, and empowerment.
