Dr. Maluk completed his Ph.D from IIT Madras, Chennai, M.E (CSE) from REC Tiruchirapalli and B.E.(ECE) from Bharathidasan University. Chairman of 3 higher educational institutions – M.A.M. College of Engineering & Technology, M.A.M. School of Architecture and M.A.M. Business School. He is also the Co-founder and Global Vice President (Research) – Twin Health Inc., San Francisco and heads the India Operations – Twins Digital Services India Pvt. Ltd. – Chennai.
His doctoral thesis was on the topic, Communication and Computing Paradigms for Distributed Mobile Systems. His current research focuses on Healthcare technology, Distributed Computing, Mobile Computing, wireless Sensor Networks, Cluster Computing, Grid Computing, etc. Dr. Maluk has guided 12 research scholars in getting their Ph.D. degree and 1 M.S.(Research) student. He has published 178 research publications in various international journals and conference proceedings.
Dr. Maluk has released 15 publications and has been credited in over 30 International Conference proceedings. A renowned speaker, who is much sought after for his lectures in scientific symposiums and technical conferences apart from the ones at educational institutions. Dr. Maluk has received several Awards and recognition for his contribution to the spheres of Education, Science & Technology. The major ones being:

‘Significant Contribution Award- National Level’ conferred by Computer Society of India, December 2012, Kolkata.

‘Eminent Educationist Award’ for outstanding achievements in the field of education, National & International Compendium, New Delhi, Feb 2012.

‘Global e-learning Institutional Leadership’ Award out of the nominations from 88 countries from World Education Congress, Mumbai, June 2012.

Fathima Bathool Maluk is a distinguished leader in education and entrepreneurship, recognized for her visionary approach and social commitment. She holds an MBA from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Food Service Management & Dietetics from the University of Madras. She has also completed executive training at IIM Ahmedabad and the Women Entrepreneurs Education Program at ISB, Hyderabad.
As the Secretary and CEO of the MASTeR Group of Institutions—comprising M.A.M. College of Engineering and Technology and M.A.M. B-School—she has been instrumental in advancing quality education in Tamil Nadu. Her excellence has earned her the ICTACT Women Edupreneur Award 2015 and the Best Women Entrepreneur Award from WEAT.
Her leadership extends to several prestigious organizations. She has served as National Chair of CII Yi’s YUVA, Executive Committee Member of CII Southern Regional Council, and President of WEAT (2019–2020). She spearheaded Project MASOOM, a national child safety initiative launched by Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in 2015.
With global exposure across 15+ countries, she also served as President of the International Toastmasters Club, Tiruchirappalli, earning the Distinguished Toastmaster Award. A dedicated professional and family person, she is married to Dr. M.A. Maluk Mohamed and is the proud mother of three sons—Ashfaaq, Mishaal, and Ayaas. Her journey continues to inspire excellence, leadership, and empowerment.
