M.A.M. B-School’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Career Development & Placement Cell organized a session on “Placement Opportunities & Readiness Program” on August 27, 2024, with Dr. Senthil K Nathan, Associate Dean – Public Relations, SRMIST, as the resource person. Dr. Senthil K Nathan spoke on the value of leadership, teamwork, and skill development—covering job-specific, aptitude, soft, and technical skills. Drawing from his experience as a placement officer, he discussed changes in placement trends and advised students to prepare thoroughly, quoting, “It is better to sweat in training than to bleed in battle.”
He emphasized continuous self-improvement and the need to turn ideas into action, noting that the gap between thoughts and success lies in execution. The Career Development & Placement Cell made all necessary arrangements for the program.
