M.A.M. B-School’s Career Development and Placement Cell conducted a session on “Pitch Perfect” on April 3, 2025, led by Ms. Akshaya Chandrasekaran, an investment banker and career counsellor. Director Dr. M. Hemalatha welcomed the gathering, stressing the importance of communication skills and confidence.
Ms. Akshaya covered key aspects of effective pitching, including structure, persuasion, voice modulation, body language, and audience connection. Through practical activities and live demonstrations, she engaged students in delivering short pitches, offering constructive feedback to improve their public speaking and persuasiveness. She also shared insights on personal branding, career growth, and industry expectations.
The interactive workshop was well-received, with students gaining valuable skills for their professional and entrepreneurial pursuits.
