RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The Research and Development (R&D) Cell at M.A.M. B-School plays a vital role in fostering innovation, academic excellence, and industry collaboration. Recognizing that research and innovation are key drivers of progress in the business and management sectors, the R&D Cell aims to promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and applied research. By bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry needs, the cell facilitates the development of new management practices, entrepreneurial ventures, and sustainable solutions to global and local challenges.
The R&D activities involve collaboration with industry partners, government agencies, and other academic institutions to translate research insights into practical applications. Faculty members and students engage in innovative projects, case studies, and research initiatives that address real-world business problems. The cell supports the creation of startups, development of new methodologies, and improvement of existing practices through targeted research.
Funding and resource support are crucial to these endeavours. The R&D Cell at M.A.M. B-School actively seeks grants, sponsorships, and partnerships with public and private sector organizations to finance research initiatives. These collaborations enable students and faculty to explore new opportunities, accelerate innovation, and contribute to societal and economic development.

PATENTS
Innovation is a key driver of progress and can take many forms in different settings, including workshops, seminars, conferences, and patents. Here are some points regarding innovations in these contexts. Patents are legal protections for new inventions, encouraging innovation by providing an incentive for inventors to share their ideas without fear of theft. Patents can also spur further innovation by encouraging competitors to improve upon the patented invention or develop new products based on the technology. Innovations in patent law, such as new methods for evaluating patent applications or changes in patent licensing practices, can impact the rate and nature of innovation in various fields.
