M.A.M. B-School’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Career Development and Placement Cell hosted an engaging “Team Building” session on September 4, 2024, led by Dr. Anitha Raja and her team from Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirapalli. The session combined theory and practice, with interactive activities such as SWOT analysis and team challenges, helping students understand team development stages—forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. Through role allocation, problem-solving, and adaptability exercises, participants improved communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. The program provided valuable self-awareness, teamwork experience, and strategies to succeed in collaborative environments.
